The problem

Small businesses are flying blind on IT.

You're patching problems as they hit, with no strategy, no security posture, and no one thinking ahead.

Reactive, not proactive
Problems get fixed after they cause damage, with no one planning ahead or catching issues early.
Security gaps everywhere
Small businesses are the number one ransomware target, yet often the least protected.
Vendor chaos
Multiple tech vendors with no one to manage them, negotiate contracts, or hold them accountable.
IT blocking growth
Scaling your team becomes painful when your tech foundation wasn't built to grow with you.

What we do

Everything a full-time IT director does.

Strategy, security, helpdesk, and vendor management in one flat monthly engagement.

01
IT Strategy & Roadmap
